I’ve been in your shoes. As a nurse practitioner for 10 years, I know the ups and downs of the healthcare job market – even being unemployed twice – and getting myself back up. I know what employers are looking for in resumes, interviews and in a potential healthcare professional.

Through my Cuban American background, I possess the grit and perseverance to inspire others to thrive in this world. I aspire to lift our profession forward by coaching, mentoring, and helping as many nurse practitioners as possible to thrive in their careers.
